Всем привет! Наша контора планирует провести турнирчик по футболу!

Вот текст приглашения:

"Привет всем любителям футбола!

В предверии зимнего любительского турнира по футболу, который мы хотим провести 13 или 20 декабря предлагаю вашему вниманию информацию относительно регламента турнира.

Планируемое время проведения - 13 или 20 Декабря.
С местом пока определяемся (в зале!).
Формат турнира: однодневный
Продолжительность турнира: в зависимости от количесва участников. Не менее 3х часов.
Сумма взноса за участия: в зависимости от кол-ва команд и зала.

Жду заявок от капитанов команд с названием команды и составом игроков в соответствии с регламентом."

Народ, давайте как-нибудь организованнее!!! Взнос с команды составит порядка 700 ЕЕК, в это входит стоимость аренды зала и призовые. Минимальное кол-во участников - 5 (4 в поле 1 на воротах), максимальное 10.

Вот текст правил, по которым будет проводиться:

Tournament Rules

1. Players
a. Each team will have a maximum of 5 players on the field at any one time, one of which must be the goalkeeper. Each team must have a maximum of 10 players – a team must have at least 4 players to start a game. Players can only play in one team.
b. Unlimited substitutes. On any of your team’s restarts i.e. throw in (with legs), goal kick, corner kick, free kick, after a goal has been scored by either team and during a stoppage of play for an injury.
c. Any of the other players may change places with the goalkeeper, provided that the referee is informed before the change is made, and provided also that the change is made during a stoppage in the game.
d. If the player gets injured, swap is needed right away unless player gets recovered quickly and decides to stay on the pitch.

2. Referees and Timekeepers
A referee shall be appointed to officiate in each game. An independent timekeeper may be
appointed to assist the referee.
This official shall:
a. Record goals scored;
b. Act as timekeeper and signify full time by an agreed signal;
c. Supervise the use of substitutes and timekeeping on sent off player. If an independent
timekeeper is not appointed the above duties are the responsibilities of the referee.
d. Duration of the game is no longer than 30 minutes (15 min x 2). No additional time to be added. Decision can be made only by referee of the game.
3. Start of play
a. A coin flip will occur at the start of the match to determine which team kicks off and what goal will be defended by each team. In case of uniform color clash, one or both of the teams will get colored vests.
b. The game shall be re-started in the centre after a goal has been scored.
4. Ball in out of play
a. When the ball goes out of play on the side, out implements with a leg kick.
5. Offside
a. There is no offside.
6. Fouls and misconduct
a. A player who unfairly impedes the progress of an opponent when not playing the ball shall be penalized by the awarding of direct free kick.
b. All players are reminded to remain disciplined and to refrain from the use of foul and abusive language. Any player found guilty of such behaviour will receive yellow or red card.
c. In case of receiving yellow card – player leaves the pitch for two (2) minutes.
d. Any player receiving two yellow cards in a game, resulting in a red, will be suspended from the next game. Any player who receives a straight red card will be expelled for the rest of the game, and will be suspended from playing in the next scheduled game.
e. Once opponent team scores a goal, player who received yellow card may return
immediately back to the pitch.
f. A player who is sent off shall not be allowed to take part in the game following the game he was sent off during.
g. Sliding tackles are not allowed. If any then at least yellow card should be shown.
7. Free kick
a. When a player is taking a direct or indirect free kick all of the opposing players shall be at least 3 meters from the ball until it is in play.
b. In case of corner kick all of the opposing players shall be at least 2 meters.
Referee should let know players of the match, when he wants free kick to be implemented
after the whistle signal. Player may ask referee to implement free kick after the whistle signal.
8. Goalkeeper returning the ball into play
a. Goalkeeper may throw the ball over the centre line with hand or kick.
b. Goalkeeper does not touch the ball with hands if receives the ball from team mate, head kick is exception.
2. Point system
a. Win – 3 points, Draw – 1 point, Loss – 0 points.
10. Tie breakers.
If at the conclusion of group games or if a tie breaker is needed for any reason, the following criteria will be used to break any ties in the order listed:
a. Head to head competition (not used if more than 2 teams tied, instead proceed straight to b)
b. Goals difference
c. Goals scored
d. Fare play (amount of yellow, red cards).
e. NB! In playoff games, small final and final, in case of draw 7 min additional period will be added, if still draw then penalties.
11. Tournament’s manners.
a. Friendly attitude! Aggressive actions are not acceptable
b. Arguing players will get yellow cards
c. After the match do handshake
